Our shipping policy is designed to provide a clear and transparent experience for our customers. Here are the relevant details:
- Delivery Method:
- The goods are shipped via a courier company directly to the address specified by the customer (User / Buyer). The User/Buyer will choose one of the courier companies with which Pai de Pai collaborates at the time the order is placed.
- Transport Cost:
- The cost of national transport is marked in the shopping cart according to the courier company chosen by the User / Buyer.
- Free shipping is offered for orders over 250 RON.
- Shipping Deadline:
- Orders for Goods in stock are dispatched within 1-4 working days of the order confirmation notification communicated by email. When the Goods are dispatched by Pai from Pai, you will receive, by e-mail, a dispatch notification with the status of the order and the AWB (tracking number) for the courier, for tracking the shipment of the order, and the invoice related to the order.
- We are committed to deliver your order within 2-5 working days after order confirmation (Pai of Pai sending you the order confirmation notification). It is important to note that circumstances beyond our control may alter this timeframe, with the proviso that we will not exceed 15 working days from order confirmation.
- There are cases when the Goods are not in stock and, because they are made to your order, the production and delivery time is up to 15 working days from the order confirmation notification sent by Pai from Pai to you.
- During holidays and sales periods, delivery times may be extended.
- Impossibility of Delivery:
- If the package cannot be delivered for various reasons (the recipient does not respond, the address specified by the Buyer is wrong, incomplete, etc.), you will be contacted by telephone by the courier. If the parcel cannot be delivered within the deadline set by the courier company, it returns to the sender (Pai from Pai).
- Safe Packaging:
- Each order will be shipped in specially designed packaging to ensure safe shipment. Pai din Pai will ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents of the Goods, if applicable.
- Liability for Damage and Delivery:
- In the event of any damage occurring during transport, the carrier shall be liable in accordance with the applicable legislation in force.
- We are not liable for delayed shipments, loss, destruction, damage, non-delivery or mis-delivery of a shipment or part thereof if caused by, but not limited to, the following circumstances/circumstances beyond our control:
- Road blockages (falling trees, rocks, chain collisions), landslides near the road;
- bridge collapses, mountain tunnel blockages, train derailments near the road, natural blockages, unauthorised strikes, regional spontaneous riots, unfavourable weather conditions for the proposed route;
- natural causes: earthquakes, cataclysms, devastating storms, tornadoes, natural fires, floods, river spills, washouts, etc..;
- human causes: state of war, state of siege, forced state ownership, revolutions, popular uprisings, etc…
- Unavailability of Goods:
- In the event that an ordered Good is not available, we will inform the customer (User/Buyer) within 2 working days of receipt of the order.
Payment can be made online at the time of placing the Order on the Site by bank card through the Netopia Payments system or in cash on delivery, there is a maximum order limit of 10,000 RON for individuals and 5,000 RON for legal entities for cash payments and an additional shipping fee for the cash on delivery system which will be mentioned in the shopping cart before the order is completed.
The prices of the Goods displayed on the Site include the taxes provided for by the applicable legislation in force (including VAT if applicable).
